Returns & Refunds

• We only allow returns within 24 hours of receipt of item. 
• If you find that there is a defect, kindly message us immediately. 
• We will not acknowledge returns after 24 hours.
• Please note that MALL STOCKS & US Testers are different in terms to oil concentration, longevity & packaging. Please manage your expectations when buying US testers.
• We will only replace items with valid defects 
• Once return is approved, kindly ensure all packaging are intact and no damage. Incomplete / damaged packaging is not allowed. 
• We will try to replace the item within 2-5 days.
• Shipping will be shouldered by the buyer.
